1. Description of Service
Games, apps and service are the same in our system. All service provided depend on Facebook’s SDK. Our services will only be limited to what is provided in the scope of the SDK and the permissions the users agreed to on each login.
Please keep in mind the apps are made for fun only and have no implication that reflects real life. Any actions the user take in real life will not hold us responsible.
2. Your Registration Obligations
Users provide us information through app subscription. Users may delete these subscription in their facebook settings or in the link we will provide. Everything is integrated and hosted in facebook. The user has full control over their data stored in our system any can be deleted anytime. A link will be provided for this feature. Any data the user will see within the apps about other users will be limited to what they see in their friend list.
3. User Account, Password, and Security
Our apps and games depend on the login feature social media provides. We do not store password information and issues regarding password will have to rely on facebook platform not our apps. Any problems regarding this matter is beyond our scope and must be forwarded to facebook support team.
Users are expected to use our apps within flow provided by facebook under app center.
4. User Conduct
We expect the users to uphold the same conduct facebook terms and conditions enforce. Users are expected to respect other user’s information and privacy. Users only has right to share their own information. Our apps will only be using invoke buttons which require user intent which means all liability falls unto the user and their actions.
Discrimination of any form will not be tolerated and will be regarded as violation.
We reserve the right to delete your Subscription to our apps, your data in our system or posts in our facebook page if you violate any rules and regulations facebook upholds that may reflect on us.
The following data and posts maybe any of the following:
- App Subscription
- data From our servers
- User’s Comment Posts in our pages
5. International Use
Our app is made limited to Philippines for the time being. Our algorithm is still limited to preset conditions and may not work in diferent languages. Refrain from using our apps if you find errors in the results of the apps. If we are able to clear this hurdle we will notify the users immediately. You will be notified on initial load of the app about any changes we have in the future.
